Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program
Comprehensive IOP care for meaningful recovery
Dual diagnosis IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) treatment is a comprehensive level of care designed to support individuals who are facing both substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. This program offers a higher level of support than weekly therapy, but includes fewer treatment hours per week than PHP (partial hospitalization program). Dual diagnosis IOP treatment addresses the interplay between substance use and mental health disorders, providing integrated care that targets both conditions simultaneously. By focusing on relapse prevention, coping skills, and addressing underlying issues, our dual diagnosis IOP treatment equips individuals with the tools and strategies necessary to manage their substance use and mental health symptoms effectively.
Our expert therapeutic and clinical team takes a holistic approach to help young adults, adults and professionals heal from mental health and co-occurring disorders, including trauma, depression, anxiety and substance abuse, by integrating chemical dependency and mental health education, evidence-based individual and group therapy, and experiential wellness groups.
Our IOP’s structured daily schedule includes individual and group therapy sessions, experiential modalities, medication management, and dedicated time to focus on life skills and relapse prevention strategies. Clients receive personalized care plans and benefit from a supportive community of others on the healing journey.
